Not looking forward to this at all

Communication is not their thing. They failed to tell me that there's a 21 day waiting period to be connected (even that period is ridiculous, but mention it atleast). They also failed to inform me that their offices will be closing on Friday, the 13th. In addition to that, their technician that came out for an inspection decided to offer me his unsolicited advice on how I should have made a provision for a connection before moving. He said he was sure that an email to me mentioned 21 days, but there's no such in the email. I terribly regret to have to be in an area covered by them. What a pain!
