No faith in these companies

TT Connect / Fredd Fibre are in my opinion the worst outfit I have ever dealt with. They advertise 100mbs but in reality you’re lucky to get a tenth of that and even then you’ll be lucky if you have any connection at all most days. We have battled for 6 months now. Out complaints are numerous and have been escalated and escalated and frankly top management are even worse than the service staff on the ground. I am now beyond all this and will look to lodge a complaint with ICASA and the advertising authorities for false advertising. This company offers a product it can’t deliver on and makes little effort to try and meet its pledge to its customers. Frankly, they are takin money from the public in an ********* manner (my honest opinion).
