No customer service

Welcome to the Eskom of Fibre lines also known as TT connect. We have logged numerous calls with our ISP, and received no communication from TT Connect. When we contact TT connect directly, the agent was extremely rude informing us that we could not contact TT connect directly, the call has to come from the ISP, which we logged 10 times. The estate manager in the complex informed me that TT connect did come to the estate but they didn't come to fix the issue, it has being over 24 hours since we lost internet connection, we have paid over 300 rand on data bundles from mobile networks. at this rate they will only fix the problem at the end of the month so they can bill me a full fee. TT connect over charges for what exactly? Other fibre lines are so much cheaper and reliable, these guys are just like Eskom, they have a geographical monopoly in certain areas, and they don't care about their customers in these areas.
