Mixed Feeling

The recent upgrade was a bit of a disaster. TT failed to arrive at the designated date and despite emails requesting a new date nothing was answered but apparently phone calls were made from TT's side. Not a strong effort from TT's side and this can be greatly improved upon. However, once reported to the service provider TT arrived about two hours later. A very pleasant, efficient and polite service technician and in no time everything was back to normal. A low rating for communication but overall a good rating for galvanising themselves into action when required to do so.
