Loss of internet service

This would have been a 5* review but for one issue: notification as to when a technician would be assigned..I had to make enquiries as to when the site visit was scheduled. The technician arrived on the scheduled day - a bit earlier than expected - but thereafter everything progressed smoothly. A very polite and efficient technician, as were all of the other personell that I had interaction with. Well done TT CONNECT team! Service remains steady since the site visit, I might add.
