Look for an alternative fibre supplier if you can because TT Connect are PAINFUL!

It doesn't look like anyone bothers to respond to these complaints so not even sure its worthwhile. TT Connect your service is shocking, in this time you would think you would up your game. I am going into the 4th week of waiting for fibre in my new home. Nothing tardy on my side, i app**** in time but your pathetic 4 team service has been appalling. Finally the cable has been installed but now i have been told its another two weeks until i am connected because oh & if you have the space splicing will be done . . . excuse me, you don't have space, what???? You don't have space, is it perhaps because you know you have the monopoly to play with people in this area due to you being the only fibre company to be awarded the municipality contract. What a load of BS! Get your act together you are a Service Provider not god! Perhaps if you had more respect for where your income comes from and remember where you came from you would do better in the ratings - all i have seen is shocking reviews. If you have any sense of decency perhaps you could respond to this & ensure your customer support levels are improved.
