LINE NEVER WORKS - NO RESOLUTION !!
I have been with tt connect and afrihost for 3 years now SINCE day 1 its been issues ... from speed issues to no conncetivity FFWD to my latest issue A week ago it started again ... router green BUT no internet I call in im told ttconnect is down some battery needs to charge bear in mind we never have loadhsedding so what battery went dead ? Eventually its back on i get told by a tt connect agent who refuses to sent a technician or grasp the concept that modems have been reset 100x the last week .. I literally have connectivity for 10mins at a time ! I ONLY connect 1 tv , 2 laptops and 2 phones YET MY LINE IS NEVER WORKING !!!
BUT i am paying ! ive been logging calls trying to call tt connect foreign concept ! THIS LINE SINCE DAY 1 was not positioned correctly number 2 I AM SITTING WITH NO INTERNET Yet theres no outtage reported in the area!

Please note that TT Connects only supports the infrastructure. You will have to contact your ISP regarding any intermittend or router issues.
We do have backup batteries in our exchanges you connect to, and it might have been that the exchange you connect to ran out of back up battery power due to an extended outage.
we unfortunately cant send out any technicians without Afrihost first sending us a ticket from their side. Your ISP will always be your single point of contact as you will not have access to contact us directly. we deal directly with the ISP and the ISP with their clients unless there is an actual issue on our fibre.
