internet always down and you can’t get through to call center. No one cares to help you!!!
Our internet has been down since Sunday (always having issues with it being down with some technical error) I called Sunday no answer. I called yesterday, Monday 19th Feb, called a few times and finally got an answer, gave all my info and the gentleman promised to call me back which he did not. Called over 10 times today (20th feb) finally got an answer and from receptionist and I got told to email and log a ticket with still no response ! This is unacceptable that I have to fight for a service that I am paying for!!!!
