<p>Internet service provider Cool Ideas not able to get hold of TT Connect to fix my fibre line provided by TT Connect. I am now sitting without internet for the duration of the weekend (since Friday afternoon at 16:00) because nobody can get hold of TT Connect to fix the problem. This has not been the first incident where TT Connect had been at fault and is unacceptable in this day and age. Where are your escalation processes? </p> <p> </p> <p>Shocking. </p>
