Had enough stay away from TT Connect and Fredd Fiber

Here we go again, business line at work not working AGAIN..... cant log ticket because the internet is not working, worked for a week, they come they look they promise to come back (set up meeting and dont show which cost me money cause i get my IT guy out) dont come back dont fix.... cant carry on like this, we pay an exorbitant amount of money for business fiber and get no service, its ******** the way TT Connect and Fredd fiber treat their clients, not sure how they got the license to operate in this country....will have to go and look at a satellite link for the future cant carry on like this.
