Good, friendly service but very expensive.
I had a great experience with tt connect. They were prompt and gave good and efficient feedback.
My only gripe is their price. It’s absurdly expensive. I’m paying the same price now for a 10mb line that every other isp in the area charge for a 20mb line. To upgrade my line is going to cost 250 rand. It’s a bit much.
If you’re willing to overlook the price though, ttconnect really are great. Every other aspect of dealing with them was absolutely fantastic.

As I mentioned in a comment below. This is untrue. As far as I understand…. The ISP’s price is based off of what you charge them, which is why the same isp has different prices depending on which FNO they use in different areas. So the price is still a reflection of TT-Connect. As an example. The same isp, using One of your competitors, charges R250 less for the same line I have. I am not talking about a different area I am talking about my neighbour.
If I understand wrong then I have been **** to by the ISP.
