Fiber connection Issues

I have had no working internet for a month. Every excuse has been used. I was told i have to pay a fee if it is my equipment and their line is fine there is no issue on their side. A consultant came out and lone behold nothing got fixed this continued back and forth between TT Connect and Mweb telling me it there is nothing wrong and it is my equipment. Until this a second consultant Matsobane eventually got sent to my premises to resolve the issue. Matsobane arrive here with a humble attitude. I said do not walk in here and blame the equipment and tell me everything on your side is working because it is not. He said no i am here to check the line properly Mam. Well this was an absolute pleasure to deal with this young man. He got his tools out he did his thing he went to the junction box he arrived back with a smile and said please test. I said yes right here we go again. Well to my surprise everything is working perfect again and how it should be. If you are having a fiber issue, make sure they send Matsobane to your site. His skill is refreshing and his manner in dealing with the clients is absolutely wonderful. Thank you Matsobane for resolving my fiber issue i have had for over a month in 2 hours. This was not my equipment's issue. Keep up the great work and attitude Matsobane.
