False promises horrible servjce

Service is disgusting. Been trying to activate this line since last week. The installation has already been done. The manager Nkhosi of the connections department personally promised me that they apologize and by 3pm today my line would be active no matter the issue. It is still not active and the manager is not available. This is way out of turn around times which is stipulated in their communication bieng 24 hours!!!
