Don't show up for appointments and poor communication! installation time terribly long
They say they take 21 days for installation but it's longer, communicating with them is impossible even though they have an email address and contact center. They make appointments and they don't honor them. I was forced to be at home cause they made an appointment at 9. it's 12 pm now, no communication! My day revolved around this appointment now, I can't even go to work or leave my house.
This service was ordered on the 28th of June but I'm still not connected over 21 days later!
I don't recommend them as a business. very frustrating their processes and communication! no consideration for customers. disappointed!

I truly do apologize for the amount of time it has taken to have your installation completed. We usually try to complete these installations before the 21 days are up.
Please note that we deal directly with the ISP, you will not have access to contact us directly as your ISP is our client, and they will remain your single point of contact.
