Dissatisfied

We have not been satisfied with Afrihost or TT Connect. 1. The 1st person who came here to finalize the installation did not know how to connect our network to the router. 2. I had to get an IT guy for connection, and he had to speak to your guy on how to do it. cost me R880 3. We had ongoing problems with the fibre internet. What i am paying for i am not getting. Download 18.86 but upload 10.36. 4. When i do banking with my phone i have to switch off the Wi-Fi on my phone or the bank does not log in or do a transaction. 5. My phone say it is connected but i have no Wi-Fi that i use. Everything is my own data. All and all i am not a happy customer with what we have received.
