Disgraceful service

No communication despite numerous calls from me, line ordered now dozens of excuses regarding the installation, no management available to explain the issues and no phone calls returned, the entire company appears to have their heads buried in the sand to avoid any responsibility...another useless telecommunications provider in SA....
