DISASTER!!!!!

Our fibre connection went down in Lakeside Village, Modderfontein, on Tuesday, 8 August around 4 in the afternoon, after construction workers damaged a cable. A few streets have been affected.Today, 12 August, we are still down. I have communicated with our service provider several times and their response is that they are aware of the situation and that they are relying on TT Connect to fix the problem. Today I was told that they will get TT Connect to phone me. Still waiting at 10 at night. Yesterday at 10 in the morning I spoke to a TT Connect tech in our area, before he left, who told me that the cable had been fixed, and that we would have connectivity soon. Soon has come and gone a long time ago, and we are still in the dark about what is going on and what exactly the problem is!!! When will we have fibre again??? PLEASE, we just need answers!!!!
