Disappointed with bad TT Connect services.

I recently joined TT connect from the 12th July as they hold the monopoly in the edenglen area and have had an atrocious experience with them thus far. My fibre has been down every weekend since it has been installed and u cannot get a hold of their support desk timeously during working hours. Afrihost also does not have a clue on when the service will be restored and clearly do not have SLA's in place with TT connect as they seem to be held to ransom and play the naming and shaming game. TT Connect, its time you catch a wake up as we are just waiting for your monopoly hold on Edenglen to cease to move services to more capable supplier.
