Damage to ceiling

While installing , they damaged a ceiling. TT sent out contractors and the job is a complete disaster. I left a message last week. No response

There are tenants in the unit. I also just found out that the contractors did not use ground sheets. Dust everywhere . And guess what , despite calling again today, and posting on hellopeter Noone returned my call.
What other recourse do I have

Good morning Lydia

I have spoken to the Manager and apparently we were still busy with it but was told that we were not allowed to paint the ceiling as yet due to the lady living there being pregnant. 

I will request the manager to contact you directly in order to have this sorted out ASAP.
