Continued connectivity issues, but worst is customer service I dealing with issues

Our Meridian complex in Solheim with 486 units had TTConnect installed and I have not ceased struggling with connectivity since installation. Continuously down! But worst is inability to deal with anyone at TTConnect properly. My ISP is Cool Ideas, but they have ceased all future dealings with TTConnect due to their appalling service. And even when I try to resolve issue directly with TTConnect I get told that someone will get back to me and that is the last I hear from them (tried about 15 times).
