Continual Connectivity Issues

As mentioned in other posts, The Meridian complex with many apartments including mine has continuous issues with connectivity and we are forever off line. It is now day 4 of problems with connectivity. Relying on the internet to work, and watch tv at night as well as keep my children entertained, TT Connect it just not doing for my family and many in our complex. Payments are religiously made from the customers side but I wish I could say the same for TT connect and the supposed internet we are paying for. I believe TT connect is ripping their customers off and would not suggest them to my worst enemy. As soon as I get a chance to move, I’m gone. As for trying to get help from a service centre, you’d better hope it is not after 16h30 or over the weekend. Pathethic service. Trying to understand and figure out how I can claim all those hours of Internet I’ve paid for but not received...
