Constant Intermittent connectivity

My internet connection has been intermittent since last week. This has been logged with my service provider (Afrihost) who confirmed they cannot pick up any issues on their end. The response from TT Connect stated that I am basically overusing my bandwidth. This is definitely not the case as my utilisation has been the same since the time I signed up which is like 7 years ago. My router reflects an intermittent connection constantly ( lights flashing on the 2.4/5g) which has never occured before and my speed fluctuates between 2-10mbps which tells me there is an unstable connection. I have never had an issue like this before which cannot be resolved timeously. Can someone please contact me urgently to resolve this issue.
