Constant Fibre outages in greenstone area during load shedding
Fibre through TT connect in greenstone area never lasts long in load shedding (especially at stage 6)
all other providers seem to be able to manage but we have to struggle. I would change Fibre providers if I actually had a choice.
why can't you guys put adequate backups in place? we have inverters but can't do anything due to the lack of internet!

Please note that your current power issues that were recently experienced were due to municipal outages in the complex. We do have a runtime of over 6 hours for the pops you are currently connecting to.
Please also note that starting this week we will implement our long-term solution to load shedding in your complex. We will be updating our CTS boxes in each unit. Once complete you will connect directly to our central exchange where runtime will be over 20 hours. We have solar power and Generators on standby should these exchanges ever fail. This should provide you with a long-term solution.
