Can't seem to get everything done in one go

I've recently gotten fibre from TTConnect and they can't seem to sort me out in one visit.

So far they've been three times to install the line and now apparently there's a 4th time they need to come through. First one was for a site inspection, second one they dug the trench and did the trunking, 3rd one they fed the fibre through and now there's still another step.

I'm a contractor, I can't keep taking time off for all these visits. The guys today just fed the wire through so I called hoping you could get the 4th step done today but apparently that's not possible. This is incredibly frustrating and nobody warned me they were going to need all these visits.
