Avoid TT Connect at all costs!

I am personally very unhappy with TT Connect. The fibre line is intermittent and their staff are very rude. I had an agreement for a technician to arrive at my premises on the 16th of May 2024 at 15:20.

The 16th of May came and went with no communication from TT Connect whatsoever. They did arrange a second appointment which was met and quick.

A quick note: I wrote a prior negative review of TT Connect, which was removed on their request for being "Derogatory". I'm sure you will agree a trustworthy company does not try to get reviews taken down and instead takes feedback to improve their services.

Trust you are well. 

Please would you provide us with the ticket reference number for TT Connect, as mentioned earlier this morning, we are unable to find you on our system. 
We also mentioned to you this morning that TT Connect has no say regarding the amounts your ISP charge you, hence why the review was removed.
