Trustgro development bad service
We received bad service from trustgro .We bought house last year April 2025 till now 2026 we still haven't received it.Now its January 2026 they only built foundation of the house. When we call, they will transfer us from one person to another. Kenny is the worst agent ever he will not even give us proper feedback.

Trustgro development bad service

Poor customer service
I have never been this disappointed before. I bought the house in May 2025, but even now October 2025, no one has updated me about the progress. I was informed that the process takes six months, and we’re approaching six months next month yet construction hasn’t even started. There has been no communication; at least they could have informed me about the progress.

Trustgro Development they are using poor materials
Trustgro Development they are using poor materials. My house is cracking and the celling is failing when am I complained about this Marita said I should talk to George. George referred me to James and James is referring me to Mike. The house started cracking just 3 months I moved in. They promised me a single garage door and said they will fix the main door of the garage. Trustgro Development they don't care about their clients. People should not buy houses from them

Complain about falling ceiling, cracks, single door garage and fixing garage door to lock
The trustgro Development it's very poor with service delivery and there houses they use cheap materials to build houses. My house has lots of cracks which I complained to Marita and she referred me to George and George is referring me to James and James is referring me to Mike. They are so unprofessional all this camplains about the cracks I saw them in 3 months. I have a garage and the door does not lock from day one I have been complaining about it and my safety but Marita does not care. They promised me a single door garage but nothing is happening. The cracks are too much and also the ceiling is falling. Can someone please assist because trustgro people don't care about their clients.
