Poor customer service

I have never been this disappointed before. I bought the house in May 2025, but even now October 2025, no one has updated me about the progress. I was informed that the process takes six months, and we’re approaching six months next month yet construction hasn’t even started. There has been no communication; at least they could have informed me about the progress.
