Complain about falling ceiling, cracks, single door garage and fixing garage door to lock

The trustgro Development it's very poor with service delivery and there houses they use cheap materials to build houses. My house has lots of cracks which I complained to Marita and she referred me to George and George is referring me to James and James is referring me to Mike. They are so unprofessional all this camplains about the cracks I saw them in 3 months. I have a garage and the door does not lock from day one I have been complaining about it and my safety but Marita does not care. They promised me a single door garage but nothing is happening. The cracks are too much and also the ceiling is falling. Can someone please assist because trustgro people don't care about their clients.
