Very disappointing service rendered
I would like to share my very disappointing experience with Trevor Garage Doors And Automations so that others can be aware before making use of their services. I paid for repairs to my garage door, and unfortunately, only a few hours after the work was completed, the exact same problem reoccurred. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted the company in a polite and respectful manner, requesting that they return to inspect and rectify the issue. I was promised that someone would come out to assist in the next two days, but those promises have not been honoured. My calls and messages are now being ignored completely, leaving me with a faulty garage door despite having already paid for the service. I understand that problems can sometimes arise after a repair, but what is most disappointing is the lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication. A reputable company should stand behind its workmanship and attend to customer concerns promptly. I am sharing this experience to make others aware and to encourage the company to take responsibility for the work they performed. Customers deserve reliable service, honest communication, and after-sales support. I sincerely hope this matter can still be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company. Regards,

Poor service and a lot of arrogance
Trevor and his team installed two garage doors for us and was chosen by our builder and not ourselves. Even though the doors were neatly fitted etc, the one door had a dent in and was full of small scratches. Upon notifying him he said that the dent wasn't there when he left, implying that we made the dent. But it was evident that it was them, because at the back of the door there were scratches along the dented area. After a lengthy call, he finally agreed to replace the panel with the dent, but refused to do anything about the scratches. He was extremely arrogant and rude, so we settled for a new panel. He came early the next day to replace the panel, but was extremely rude to my mom who came to check before we made payment. He kept on talking over her and never gave her a chance to speak. He kept repeating himself saying that it was what we agreed upon, still not wanting to hear anything about the scratches. All he wanted was his payment. I will never recommend him, just because of his arrogance and attitude towards customers.

Dishonest, Unprofessional & a Total Rip-Off
This company is a complete disgrace. Once they take your money, you’re on your own — they vanish without delivering any after-sales service. Trevor is full of excuses, always claiming he’s “out of town” while ignoring calls and refusing to take responsibility. This is not just bad service; it’s dishonest and ********* business practice. They mislead customers, abandon them the moment installation is done, and hide when you need support. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be ********** and left with nothing but frustration.
