Very disappointing service rendered

I would like to share my very disappointing experience with Trevor Garage Doors And Automations so that others can be aware before making use of their services.

I paid for repairs to my garage door, and unfortunately, only a few hours after the work was completed, the exact same problem reoccurred. Since then, I have repeatedly contacted the company in a polite and respectful manner, requesting that they return to inspect and rectify the issue.

I was promised that someone would come out to assist in the next two days, but those promises have not been honoured. My calls and messages are now being ignored completely, leaving me with a faulty garage door despite having already paid for the service.

I understand that problems can sometimes arise after a repair, but what is most disappointing is the lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication. A reputable company should stand behind its workmanship and attend to customer concerns promptly.

I am sharing this experience to make others aware and to encourage the company to take responsibility for the work they performed. Customers deserve reliable service, honest communication, and after-sales support.

I sincerely hope this matter can still be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.
