Poor service and a lot of arrogance

Trevor and his team installed two garage doors for us and was chosen by our builder and not ourselves. Even though the doors were neatly fitted etc, the one door had a dent in and was full of small scratches. Upon notifying him he said that the dent wasn't there when he left, implying that we made the dent. But it was evident that it was them, because at the back of the door there were scratches along the dented area. After a lengthy call, he finally agreed to replace the panel with the dent, but refused to do anything about the scratches. He was extremely arrogant and rude, so we settled for a new panel. He came early the next day to replace the panel, but was extremely rude to my mom who came to check before we made payment. He kept on talking over her and never gave her a chance to speak. He kept repeating himself saying that it was what we agreed upon, still not wanting to hear anything about the scratches. All he wanted was his payment. I will never recommend him, just because of his arrogance and attitude towards customers.
