Toshiba/Nu-Sky no empathy

Besides receiving a black mailing 'threat' from Toshiba/Nu-Sky CEO Byron Fisher to remove my review with 24 hours 'or else',I would be hearing from him. Absolutely no assistance has been offered to right their wrongs.

Before engaging Toshiba/Nu-Sky as your service and technical providers for your printing needs.
Ask:
1.Do they have sufficient specialized technicians?
2. Are their systems in place - or does the entire accounts Dept consist of one hardworking lady past retirement age?
3. The dynamic ladies in Services. How upbeat & filled with enthusiasm are they with a never ending work load and a remuneration that they can't sustain themselves on.
4. No overtime pay
5. Management has no trust in their staff. The CEO herself carries out searches on their 'private' vehicles. It's a Disgrace.

The staff at new sky have had their integrity insulted. Cameras erected to observe staff.

It's not the MD, CEO or CFO who are going to assists you. It's the 'worker-bees'.
Overworked, underpaid, precious little recognition.

Toshiba/Nu-Sky has been unable to pay management staff timeously on the 25th of May.
Management requested all those on a management level wait until end of next week.
Nu-Sky isn't in a healthy cash flow place, hence staff suffer and clients suffer if they can't pay their suppliers.
