TOSHIBA SOUTH AFRICA & SASFIN BANK LIMITED STILL CHARGING 3 YEARS AFTER CONTRACT TERMINATED

<p>I purchased 2 photocopiers in 2008 and 2013 from Copy Type Electronics ( Pty) Ltd T/A Toshiba South Africa for R61 491.60 and R71 820 and despite the first contract ending on 26/11/13 have been advised that 37 months later I am still being charged.Craig Aspden the now Sales Manager advises that the then Sales Manager Peter Dester was operating without their consent and despite knowing early in 2016 they never advised me despite having a maintenance contract with e and despite me dealing at all times through their offices phones and emails.Sasfin Bank Limited now advise that they own my photocopiers and that I must continue paying.The one is continuing for 97 months now so I ahave overpaid by R37 888.00.</p> <p>I need either Sasfin Bank or Toshiba South Africa to take responsibility.</p>
