Toshiba Service

Absolutely poor service. We are waiting for a new router for almost two weeks. Toshiba does not give you any feedback on the progress nothing!! Phone lines is a complete mess we could not receive calls for two days only ghost calls and still we were charged for it. No one has an idea of what the problem is. When you phone them the person is always not in office or they will get back to you but never do and then you are left to do the follow up work.

I will most definitely not be recommending them.
