THE WORST MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!

This company is the worst to deal with... They do not attend to the clients problems and when they do the charge an obscene amount of money for the repairs. the also let the client pay for all the repairs and said it is our fault the equipment is faulty. a phone charger costs us over the R5 000.... the make promises they can not deliver and when they said the client must pay for extra subscriptions on the serives. I asked them for a call forward service and they did provide it for 2 months after that I had to paid extra for another provider of the service. I sent the equipment back in January 2023. They said that they will only stop charging my account when the time has run out. the time has run out and they still charging me. I asked them when they will stop charging and they told me to write a letter and only 90 days form the letter they will stop charging me. THE WORST MOST UNRELIABLE COMPANY EVER!!!!!!!!
