Taken for a fool

Toshiba provided me with a broken machine from the word go, tying me into and holding me to a 5 year contract. The printer/photocopier hardly works,the drum is came broken, the rollers are broken, the machine is in a shocking condition yet I am paying a top premium. Other well known brands that have come to quote and see if they can help me out of this disgusting mess cannot believe the level of service I have received from Toshiba. While a small ray of light shone last year, the big wig promised to replace the broken second hand machine with a new one - my husband said please just make sure it works - he rudely said I don't have to help you. And then didn't help us. I have to take my printing and do it at a copy shop because the standard of copies that comes out of this machine when it actually works is embarrassing, it has smudges and lines all over it. Faithfully every month they collect their money however they have not upheld their side of the contract AT ALL. I urge people to please be careful when dealing with Peter Swart and Lisa from the Durban Toshiba Branch.
