Never use Toshiba for telecom.

This company promise services that cannot be rendered. Firstly we were promises that we will pay less that we were paying on our telkom account including internet and we were billed about 5 x more that we were paying on our account. After the request about the internet that were promised, they said good but then we will have to apply for that separate, which we have done, but unreasonable amount of data was loaded even after our lines was disconnected they kept on loading data to our account with no proof that we have in fact use the data. I feel that this company is unprofessional and cannot even do there billing right. Bills were incorrectly send and when we help them right they said sorry we will fix it, just to add the same amount again after a credit note was done. They also said that we will be able to track every number that is phoned on our own computer and even that could not be done. Over all bad reception and bad service. After requests that they must come and see us to sort out the problem no one responded.
