Your staff always say the same thing our technicians are working on it

Worst service ever 😒. I have been offline for 2 weeks if it's on you can't download anything I have made several calls and messages regarding this. It's always the same story the technicians are working on it. They say it's 48hrs turn around time but I'm waiting for 2 week's. Too much wifi Worst service ever.Im angry and frustrated 😠 😡.
