You suck I want my money back
A rating of 1 star is even too much for this people. I'm at my witts end!!!! Payment confirmed on 4 February and to date, 24 February, no date scheduled for installation. They don't even have the decency to keep me posted. When I signed up I was told installation will take place within 7 to 10 days. Last week they responded on my Facebook page saying it's scheduled for today. I called then now only to find that it was not scheduled or booked as nothing shows on system. I ask for a refund and the agent hangs up!!!! TOOMUCHWIFI SUCK SO BAD!!!!!!

We’ve scheduled the installation, but our team encountered several challenges on their end that delayed the process. They needed a long ladder, and unfortunately, the team that was scheduled didn’t have the necessary equipment.
