Worst service provider ever

I'm highly disappointed with this internet provider.the service is slow and poor.ive been disconnected from the internet for the whole day now.not only am I disconnected but I got a whatsap saying I was when I clearly wasn't. I've been connected to the wifi next door the whole day today. At this rate the company should just close down because you can't keep on takingoney from people only to provide absolutely nothing. I tried calling the customer care line but no one picked up till my airtime was Finnished.all I want is my money back so I can go to another internet provider. Mos probably the one my neighbour's are using bcz they barely have such issues with it.if this is how its going before even a day ends then I don't want to find out what's gonna happen in the future. My sister and I are onlime students we rely on wifi for classes and so on .how are we now supposed to keep up when we can't even connect to the wifi.ita so annoying. It's such a shame that the people that are promoting the provider are such good people not knowing they are working for a company that might get them in the firing line.Because now anytime I have problems I bother the person who promoted this to me to begin with.im going to warn everyone I know not to even look your way its not worth it.please give me my mo ey back so I can be done with you anyone take your equipment.
