Worst internet connection ever

No internet connection for 2 days now. I was told maintenance guys where going to come and check it out but until today no one has came. It's so frustrating that I have internet connection everymonth not a month goes by with no issues. This is tiring and I am a paying customer but I don't get the service that I pay for. Worst internet company ever 😡
