Worst customer experience

I've had the worst experience with this company. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Worst customer service, worst service and their network is just something else. I took a package with Amandla + UPS in December 2025, today it's 5 May 2026 and nothing has been done about it. Every agent I call keeps telling me about escalating the issue to management and get back to me but none of them has done that.
