Worst Cuatomwr Service Ever

Worse customer service ever ....My installation hasn't happened 48 hrs in waiting and their supervisor juat said just give us another date and we will reschedule you and I must nite that other people are more important so I must just suck it up and get on the queue if I want installation. This is worse than rain. My refund was told I would get it after 3 to 5 days depending also how quick they can process it. Wow
