WIFI on and off - Company/ Too Much Wifi

Been having problem with connection for 4 months, have to log a call every week on every second day stating that Wifi is on and off.... after 4 months problem is not resolved, I was promised a tech to come out , pole need re-alignment and equipment needs maitenance, after 4 months nothing happened. Been paying R395 for a 20meg but don't get the service for it. Everytime I logg a call I get informed problem resolved not even a day wifi back to normal buffing and on and off. this is so frustrating. i have been struggling for 4 months for someone to come to the house and resolve. you can't sit in an office and connect remotely only for it to go off the same day again.... I dont know what to do anymore:(
