WiFi has been off for the past 5days, I called on the first day they said to give them 12-48 hours to fix the problem to no avail

WiFi has been off for the past 5days, I called on the first day they said to give them 12-48 hours to fix the problem to no avail. I called again 3 days later and they then told me it takes 72 hours to get the tech team to fix the problem. It's been 5 days still nothing from them. They don't give the same information when u call and their service is very poor.
