Wifi connection

Soo disappointed with this network, I haven't had connection for 3 days and no one has helped me. I called, wrote and email and even texted on whatsapp and all I got was that a ticked was logged for me and I should wait to be contacted but no one has. Male sure to run from this wife and don't look back, all they do is remind you of payment but fail to have us stay connected. Really regret choosing it!!!
