WEAK CUSTOMER SERVICE OF TOOMUCH WIFI

I have endless issues with them if its not the one thing its the other they installed a faulty UPS the 17.04.2024 its the 26.04.2024 and the problem is not solved. I Logged so many tickets and spoke to so many agents an yet its not replaced the service is so poor they take days to respond to a query. They have people staying in my area an don't even bother to send them to come assist me with the UPS how weak is that. They just don't care about their customers as long as they get money they don't care
