Very poor service

Gooday I’m a customer at TooMuchWifi for the past 4years my experience with the this month was the worst,since last week Friday on the 9May we had no connection at all we tried to call the numerous times through out the weekend we couldn’t get through.only on Tuesdayon the 13th we reached them sent from piller to post mind you in this 4years they never did and maintenance on it come today their technician told us that the issue is at our home as they can’t fix it remotely on their side, after waiting for 6 full days they are telling us we have to wait another 7 days for then to set up a date to come and fix the issue which we had to use our own airtime to contact them through out this week.I’m very disappointed with this poor service. Thank you.
