Very bad wifi to have installed.

There the worst company ever, wifi is slow since I have joined, they did disconnect the wifi, just because I have forgot to make payment, called them yesterday, they said it will only reflect today, this morning they send payment received ,but wifi is still off, but forever had a problem with wifi that's very slow. You guys still owe me for where it was no connection at all but paid already, your technician needs to get more experience in fixing problems and your staff needs culture of care training., my wifi is still off
