Very bad service
I have been having connection issues for the past 2 weeks logged queries and I was told technicians are working on it till today sent emails I was told the same thing.Nothing was resolved all I get is technicians are working on it.Im paying for 20mbps but I cannot even get a speed test results because it is so slow. I have been a loyal customer for past 4yrs but their service is deteriorating. I wouldn't recommend Too much wifi to anyone

We sincerely apologise for the connection issue that you have been experiencing? We were having connection issues this week which were resolved and you are connected to the wifi now.
There are 5 devices connected currently and it shows that there might be 2 tvs connected and 3 cellphones. 2 big devices will slow the connection and make the wifi buffer alot.
You can't have 2 big devices connected at ther same time.

23 Jan 2026, 21:05I have one T.v and 3 cellphones which it was never a problem before for 4yrs even 2 weeks before that It was not an issue so I don't understand why now the same devices that are always connected have an issue since when stop making excuses and fix my connection
